Billing for the virtual money (resources) in service

0

I thought that any application who maintains virtual money/resources like games, prepaid services seller, car sharing and much more has the same problem. They need something like a billing which will maintain the balance of users, provide the ability to transfer virtual money/resources between users and top up them using different payment providers. It will log transactions and provide ability to have financial reports needed.

Now I'm trying to find any solution on any language written. Some frameworks or industrial standard solutions should exists but I can not find them.

Please help me to find something relevant. Even if it will be paid SaaS product - it will be good. Maybe I don't know right words?
