How to install Python3 on Windows VPS (GoDaddy)?

Trying to set up Python on a Windows VPS, GoDaddy account I have.
I actually have no terminal to play with as it has a Plesk Onyx control panel to do all that.



Am I right in thinking I can somehow FTP a Python installation to the root directory of my VPS?



In which case, could someone give me a little help in where to put it and whether this is correct or not..thanks
