wordpress wp_query get order by email and coupon
since Amazon Pay bypasses default woocommerce user info allowing users to use same coupon multiple times,I want to apply my own functionality checking if a guest with a given mail or a logged in user, is trying to use the same coupon code multiple time.
the question is how could I use wp_query or wc_get_order the to do this check.

@LoicTheAztec Amazon pay does not require the user to be logged in neither add his email, this restriction can't work
