W3tc Eliminate render-blocking resources, wp-content/cache/minify/d9b67.default.include.39bb06.css?

I am having an issue with this cache minify file I minified all files but this file is coming after minification I think its w3tc file and its making issue now I really want to remove this so my webpage speed will increase please guide me if anyone has the right answer?

That stylesheet is probably a bundle of all of the stylesheets used on your site (theme's stylesheet, plugins' stylesheets, etc) so you can't really get rid of it without affecting your site's layout. Instead, try to reduce its size by removing unused/duplicate CSS rules.

That stylesheet is probably a bundle of all of the stylesheets used on your site (theme's stylesheet, plugins' stylesheets, etc) so you can't really get rid of it without affecting your site's layout. Instead, try to reduce its size by removing unused/duplicate CSS rules.
