Mobile Navigation Menu Link text ADA Compliant

Thanks for the help.

I am trying to figure out how to add text, alt text, or title Text to my to My Mobile Navigation bar populated HREF links (which are close menu/open drop down menu buttons created by some java script implemented) on my website to be able to make it ADA compliant.

At the moment I am using a Table (the one at the bottom of the code) for the menu layout which is linked to a Javascript function which auto populates the menu and makes it fit the site no problem. The problem is that my WAVE report is flagging the buttons and pop out buttons as "empty Links" which I would love to update and make ADA. The problem is I don't exactly know where to add text to do so as the code doesn't exist until I put it in a live environment.

This one is over my head as I don't know how to particularly edit created code from a java script.

Please let me here you thoughts!

Thanks again
