          You can use nativescript-IQKeyboardManager plugin. That handles the above situation for ios.
          To use that plugin, you just need to install it.

          tns plugin add nativescript-iqkeyboardmanager

          P.S. Above solution works for IOS. For Android, you need to fix the adjustResize to windowSoftInputMode in App_Resources/Android/src/main/AndroidManifest.xml

          <activity>
          android:name="com.tns.NativeScriptActivity"
          android:windowSoftInputMode="adjustResize"
          android:configChanges="keyboardHidden|orientation|screenSize"
          android:theme="@style/LaunchScreenTheme">
          </activity>

          If you want more distance between textfield and keyboard

          const iqKeyboard = IQKeyboardManager.sharedManager();
          iqKeyboard.overrideKeyboardAppearance = true;
          iqKeyboard.keyboardAppearance = UIKeyboardAppearance.Dark;
          iqKeyboard.keyboardDistanceFromTextField = 40.0

          • The plugin you provided for iOS works for text fields only, I need it to with buttons.

          • In that case you can set the keyboard distance from textfield. I am using your button is somewhere below the text field. I am updating the answer with example of this.
