react native modal ram usage
I am building an App with a many items in a Flatlist component and an onPress property for every item in the List.The item itself is just a Component with a Modal (set to invisible by default) and an image. When i click on the item, i am displaying the Modal of that particular item.
Now to my question, as i have many items in the List, and the Modal Component in React native is either "visible" or "not visible", i was wondering;
do all the "not visible" Modals get loaded into ram as soon as i open the screen with my List, thus filling the ram with "not visible" Modals?
In comparison, i know screens are only loaded when they are mounted,
is it the same with the visible property of Modals, do they get "mounted" only when their visible property is set to true?
