How to add http_ssl_module to the existing nginx in heroku

I have a question about nginx in heroku.
I want to make reverse proxy with nginx in my app of heroku, so I created two files as below.
nginx_app.conf
location /proxy {
proxy_pass https://www.yahoo.co.jp/;
}
Procfile
web: vendor/bin/heroku-php-nginx -C nginx_app.conf
When I pushed my app, I get the error "nginx: [emerg] https protocol requires SSL support in /app/nginx_app.conf:2".
I think it may be lack of http_ssl_module in nginx, so I want to add this module, but I don't know how to add it.
In general,it is possible to add this module by "./configure" command when install nginx, but in herou, it has been installed, I can't execute the command.
