use squid to add dynamic header

We use squid as a forward proxy and need to add an dynamic header to request body.
The header name is fixed and the value should get from Database or LDAP by Client-IP.



ex: request_header_add X-Client "%value from db/ldap%"



Is there any way to do this feature ?
