How can I set Disallow to a page which has dynamic id?

Here is a few example paths plus expected access for crawlers:
/user?id=1 -- Allow
/user?id=1&p=2 -- Disallow
/user?id=1&p=2&f=2 -- Disallow
See? The logic is everything after /user?id={n}
should be ignored. But, how should I show "n"? It is user's id. It can be any digit. It is dynamic.
Any idea how should I write such a thing in robots.txt
valid?
