Problem having my data populate my word documents when pulled from my excel form

Can anyone help in resolving this issue I am having with information being passed from excel to word. I took over this workbook which is used to create a documents in excel and then pass certain information to word documents. Before we upgraded to Office 365 this worked without an issue the excel docs populated without an issue as did the word docs.
When we started to re-use this workbook I had to modify it due to the file management application that housed the word docs was decommissioned and I now have them reside on the PC itself. I had an issue with them when they were housed on Teamsites and the better option was to have them pull from the computer. After some research I was able to get the Word docs to open in VBA when the specific ones were required.
Now the issue that I am having is that it will populate the first document with the information needed. However, if you to populate more than one form with the customer's information it doesn't populate in the word document. I placed a series of message boxes in front of fields being passed and they are populating with the needed data however that data is not getting transferred from excel to word after the first instance. I've verified each field in word that is to be populated is bookmarked and don't see that as the problem. Not cure it it is the open word call that is causing the data to be cleared or not since it does show in my message boxes.
Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks

It's not possible to even begin to guess what the problem might be based on the limited information in the question. I recommend you read in thehelp
about asking questions efffectively on Stack Overflow and work on providing a Minimal, Complete, and Verifiable example.

"Questions seeking debugging help ("why isn't this code working?") must include the desired behavior, a specific problem or error and the shortest code necessary to reproduce it in the question itself. Questions without a clear problem statement are not useful to other readers."
