How to execute user-defined code file while maintaining security of the system?
I want to allow users to upload their python code (which will take some images as input and produce some images as output). But as I am allowing them to upload python code, they can perform many other operations in the Operating system(deleting system files, reading files and sending emails etc). My aim is to limit users so that their uploaded scripts would only be able to perform some specific/allowed tasks. So far, I have searched that I can achieve this by limiting the user's privileges to a specific directory or by sandboxing. Is there any other workaround which I am missing?
