How to manage mail sending in dockerized apps

I have a dockerized webapp made with PHP / Laravel, the idea is to be able to test quickly the app with just one docker command.
Thing is app depends of mail sending. How should I do it ?
I could ask the user to create a mailtrap account, and include keys in the docker command, but I would like something more straigtforward...
How should I manage it ?
laravel email docker

I've used MailHog that comes with Laravel Homestead, which works great for testing emails. You could look into MailHog github, which also has Dockerfile that you could include in your Dockerfile, or use their image in your docker-compose.yml
