attribute in library not found

I am trying to create a library ,and i have write some dependencies in build.gradle of library, like this:

 api 'com.android.support:cardview-v7:28.+'
api 'com.makeramen:roundedimageview:2.3.0’

But when i make this to be a .aar file and import another project to add module dependency, java compiler error show message : resource file link not found, and some details like this :
error: attribute 'com.example.apple.myapplication:cardElevation' not found.
I don’t know why.this is library’s defaultConfig:

 minSdkVersion 24
targetSdkVersion 28
versionCode 1
versionName "1.0"

testInstrumentationRunner “android.support.test.runner.AndroidJUnitRunner"

and this is main module’s defaultConfig:

compileSdkVersion 28
defaultConfig {
applicationId "com.example.apple.myapplication"
minSdkVersion 24
targetSdkVersion 28
versionCode 1
versionName "1.0"
testInstrumentationRunner “android.support.test.runner.AndroidJUnitRunner”}
