How to launch nginx and apache together in heroku

I have a question about nginx and apache in heroku.
I want to lauch nginx and apache together in heroku, so I add these commands as below in Procfile.
web: vendor/bin/heroku-php-nginx
web: vendor/bin/heroku-php-apache2
But it is end in failure. I can't launch them together.
Can you give me some advices to resolve this problem?
