wocommerce offer free shipping on total not on subtotal

We are offering 30% discount on our website and free shipping on order above 50USD, but we are facing issue as woocommerce is offering free shipping based on cart subtotal and we want free shipping should only be provided once amount after applying discount is more than 50USD.
Can any one help me on this.
