Android studio 3.2.1 menu tool doesn't show Firebase, android and other in some projects
Here is the screenshot for the tool menu:
I wanted to add firebase to my project automatically with the plugin.
I read some solution saying about enabling all firebase plugins. it was already enabled,

On other perfectly build projects, the tool shows everything Like this.
