Displaying anomalies in a real time stream with plotly

I am struggling to display anomalies in a stream by displaying the anomaly points in a different color. I am using plotly to stream the data. It is currently displaying all points in red. Could someone please look at my code, rectify it or provide a suggestion.

if y in list(theOutliersDF_TP.index): return 'red'
else: return 'yellow'
username = plotly_user_config['plotly_username']
api_key = plotly_user_config['plotly_api_key']
stream_token = plotly_user_config['plotly_streaming_tokens'][0]
