SQLAlchemy not reflecting oracle table

0

I am trying to reflect a table from Oracle 11g into python3.7 using SQLALchemy latest version

I have already tried these 2 answers that are kinda similar

SqlAlchemy Reflection of Oracle Table Not Owned

and
here
SQLAlchemy MetaData.reflect not finding tables in Oracle db

However I keep receiving the error:

sqlalchemy.exc.NoSuchTableError: V_TBL_RECEIPT_TRANSACTIONS

here is the code I am using

    cstring = sqlalchemy.engine.url.URL('oracle',user,password,hostname,port=port,database=sid)

engine= create_engine(cstring, convert_unicode=False, pool_recycle=10,
pool_size=50,echo='debug')
#metadata.reflect(bind=engine, schema='ONESACS')
rtransact =Table('V_TBL_RECEIPT_TRANSACTIONS',metadata,autoload=True,autoload_with=engine, schema='ONESACS')

the fun thing is that if pass raw SQL into a cursor I can read the table just fine

result= engine.execute("SELECT * "
"FROM V_TBL_RECEIPT_TRANSACTIONS "
"WHERE sbg_id='SPS'")

are there any ideas why this is not working?
