D3, Angular & this - positioning tooltip
I have a stackblitz here - https://stackblitz.com/edit/ng-graph-tooltip-vqmnwa?file=src/app/bar-chart.ts
I have a chart with tooltips when you hover over the bars.
On Desktop I want the tooltips to appear above the bar you hover over.
On a small screen the tooltip needs to appear in the center of the chart.
I have a conditonal statment to capture the screen size and I can just center the tooltip but I need to remove the right margin on the chart to keep it centered.
If I use a normal function function(){} I can get the x positon but I can't get the margin.right using this.
