I have an app hosted on heroku with aws hooked up. For some odd reason the images that users upload wont load in google chrome but they will load in safari and firefox? If I restart the heroku server multiple times the images show up sometimes but it very rare. Has anyone encountered such problem before? Not even sure how to debug it. I don't have caching turned on.

What does "with aws hooked up" mean? Are you talking about hosting static assets on S3? Do you see anything interesting in Chrome's console?
