Filepath for local database (SQL server)

0

I created a local database(right click on solution name in solution designer and add service based database)- visual studio 2017 .

I get mdf file and that's ok, but in properties of that file, filepath for mdf is not in debug folder, it is outside the bin folder, where all forms in project are.

There are mdf files for my database in debug too, but when I set my connection string like this:

// string kon = @"Data Source = (LocalDB)MSSQLLocalDB; AttachDbFilename =" + Application.StartupPath + "\Filters.mdf;"
+ //"Integrated Security = True";

and later on perform some insert queries, they have no effect on my database
empty database

As you can see in the picture.

I need to use Application.StartupPath because I want to make my application to be able to work on multiple computers when I install it. So any help would be appreciated.
