Unity UI not responding or mal functions while loading another scene

0

While switching from one scene to another the UI of the second scene does not react well or malfunctions...first scene consists of a first person controller and a dual touch controls having a button that loads the second screen and in the second scene has a scroll rect and scrollbar ...some dropdowns and toggle buttons. But if i load the second screen without the first scene, everything works fine but when i load the first scene and then the second scene ... the second scenes scroll part does not work...and even some of the tooltips animations stops fading out...first scenesecond scene
