Translate a 6-lines SCILAB program for solving ODE to Matlab code

0

Here is a simple ODE to be solved: d q / d t= L q with
L=[-1/400 0; 1 -3/400] and q is a 2*1 vector.

The SCILAB program to solve this initial value problem is:

% equation rhs
 function [f] = State(t,q,L);
 f = L*q
endfunction;

T = 200.0
q0 = [ 0.1; 0.2 ];
[qT] = ode(q0, 0, T, list(State, L));

As you can see, the logic of the code is straightforward, but I cannot figure out how to convert the last line to a Matlab code because I haven't used SCILAB before. Otherwise, translating it to Matlab code should be easy, e.g. changing endfunction in the function definition to end and adding or deleting some ;. Could you please help me to convert the SCILAB language, especially, list(...), to Matlab language? Thank you in advance.
