Running a command by adding it to the system path
I'm trying to run the command pdal
The command runs when the whole path is included C:OSGeo4W64binpdal
I've looked in my system path and ...;C:OSGeo4W64bin; is included, so I don't understand why the pdal command refuses to run.
Any hints?
