Nutch - Set cookie

0

I'm trying to set a simple cookie with nutch. This cookie is important since it changes the structure of the webpage, if it's 1, then all pages have the same structure so it's easier to crawl, otherwise they all have different elements.

From what I've read there is no simple way to set a Cookie with nutch, but you can Authenticate with protocol-httpclient, which I think could solve my problem.

There is a page with a Form which send a request to the server and set this cookie, so I've tried the following configuration in httpclient-auth.xml

<auth-configuration>
<credentials authMethod="formAuth"
loginUrl="https://example.com"
loginFormId="myFormName"
loginRedirect="true">
<loginPostData>
<field name="myField"
value="on"/>
</loginPostData>
<additionalPostHeaders>
<field name="User-Agent"
value="Mozilla/5.0 ... Firefox/35.0" />
</additionalPostHeaders>
<loginCookie>
<policy>BROWSER_COMPATIBILITY</policy>
</loginCookie>
</credentials>
</auth-configuration>

First problem, I'm not sure if loginUrl is the page which has the form, or the URL on which the request will be made.

Second problem is that the form only has a name and not an id, if I use loginFormId="myFormName" I get the following error No form exists: myFormName, should I use loginFormId?

Third maybe problem, the input tag is hidden, it is a problem?
