I am getting this error when i am trying to call an API of a payment gateway through curl and it returns this response on local Host wamp Server with php 7.2

How do you call it? Usually localhost does not have setup SSL. Have you setup your SSL on localhost?

How do you call it? Usually localhost does not have setup SSL. Have you setup your SSL on localhost?
