Extraction of radio buttons response from PDF

I have some PDF with Radio Buttons in it. The radio buttons have already been ticked in YES or NO.
problem.jpg
Now when I am extracting the data from the PDF, I get all the data except which radio box has been checked. How can I get that data which shows me that which radio box has been marked? (it may be the radio button for YES or it might be the radio box for NO).

extracted txt.jpg

Actually the main problem is my PDF reader is unable to read which radio box has been ticked. What should I do to get that ticked response?
my code is attached as a text file.

import java.io.File;
import java.io.Reader;
import org.apache.tika.Tika;
import org.apache.tika.parser.Parser;
import org.apache.tika.*;

public class Extraction {
public static void main(String args) throws Exception {
File file = new File("D:/XBRL Work/files of xbrl/converted txt files/Form DIR-11-22032018_signed.txt");
Tika tika = new Tika();
String fileContent = tika.parseToString(file);
System.out.println("extracted content---> "+fileContent);
}
}

(Also as screen shot)
