Automation of ETAS INCA using python:Variable selection using the INCA API's

I'm working on the automation using python to connect INCA through the .Net API's.

I could achieve on invoking INCA,Opening an existing/saved Experiment, measuring and recording variables from the existing/saved experiment and generating the .DAT files.

Now that I'm trying a step ahead to create a new Sub folder,Workspace,Experiment and then setting up a project using the INCA API's
and also mainly to do the variable selection or the variables configuration through the API's i.e. is adding variables to the Inca Experiment and measuring them.
How can we achieve this using the API's.As I'm facing issues on using the API's for the above mentioned requirements.
