I am writing a python program to rename mulitple files by removing the numbers from the names of the files.My code is:

import os

def rename_files():
files=os.listdir(r"F:PythonWorkspacePytorch Challengeprank")
print(files)
saved_path=os.getcwd()
os.chdir(r"F:PythonWorkspacePytorch Challengeprank")
for file_name in files():
os.rename(file_name,file_name.translate(None,"0123456789"))
os.chdir(save_path)

rename_files()

but it shows me the following error:

Traceback (most recent call last): File "F:PythonWorkspacePytorch
ChallengerenameFiles.py", line 11, in
rename_files() File "F:PythonWorkspacePytorch ChallengerenameFiles.py", line 8, in rename_files
for file_name in files(): TypeError: 'list' object is not callable
