I am trying to invoke a Magento API from Business Service in OSB (code developed in JDeveloper). When I run the Business service (REST Adapter) alone with JSON request, I am getting proper response. But when I run the pipeline, with the request (which is in XML format), I am getting the following error:
{"message":"%fieldName is a required field.","parameters":{"fieldName":"STOCK_UPDATE"}}
rest magento osb xml-to-json

The issue was because the Node had prefix namespace in it i.e < st : STOCK_UPDATE>, so the end system could not understand it. After removing all the namespace prefix from XQuery, the XML got converted properly to JSON format that was acceptable by end system.
