Can you implement Text to speech into a project like SwiftyTesseractRTE?

I've been trying to put TTS into an OCR app like SwiftyTesseractRTE, and I can't seem to figure out how. I'm kind of new to Xcode and swift so I don't know too much about it. Here is the link to the Github project: https://github.com/SwiftyTesseract/SwiftyTesseractRTE
If someone could help and tell me how I would put TTS into this that would be amazing.
