First time poster! Hello, hello!
Didn't change anything.
When I visited the site to upload an image using the Chrome browser, the site looked like HTML without any CSS. It had a banner with a gray gradient background, 3 lines and an "x". It displays fine on Safari.
Don't know what steps to take to deal with this.

I tried to load screenshots of how the site displays on Safari and Chrome. It looks like only Chrome uploaded.
Thanks.

It all looks good to me, does this happens when you're logged as admin ? I see your page styled with no errors or something ... joxi.ru/L216gvqH8BEvJA

Yes -- it looks fine now. Thanks for looking, @AngelDeykov Glad I wasn't shouting into the void. Your screenshot was a cue to the next step, so I looked at the console on the Scholar page that was looking fine and saw an error message: "failure to load resource." An image? But there's no image on that page.

I don't see any errors on any of the pages. Even if you had some error about loading an image, this could not result in styles not being loaded or not being applied. Al looks good ...

Yes, thanks. I wonder what happened to cause the earlier outcome and I'm pretty confident I'll never know. Thanks @Angel
