How to replace GpuCorr3dMM

I'm trying to run older Theano code with Theano 1.03 (VoxNet, specifically). The initial set of error messages were related to this:
"You are importing theano.sandbox.cuda. This is the old GPU back-end and "
unittest.case.SkipTest: You are importing theano.sandbox.cuda. This is the old GPU back-end and is removed from Theano. Use Theano 0.9 to use it. Even better, transition to the new GPU back-end! See https://github.com/Theano/Theano/wiki/Converting-to-the-new-gpu-back-end%28gpuarray%29
I worked through the instructions on the webpage, but I'm stuck on this
from theano.sandbox.cuda.blas import GpuCorr3dMM
self.corr_mm_op = GpuCorr3dMM(subsample=self.strides, pad=self.pad)
The instructions tell me to not import anything from theano.sandbox.cuda. However, that's where GpuCorr3dMM() is. How should I replace GpuCorr3dMM()?
