set programed constraints for objects in collectionviewll cell (Swift4)

I want to program constraints for objects in a collectionviewcell. I cant do that in the collectionviewcell class. Normally I could do this in a viewdidload func in a class. I want to program the uiimageview
This is a example of a programmed object with constraints.
