How to make LMS AICC complient?

I have a custom built LMS written in ASP.NET (C#). Currently, it supports only SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 (upto 3rd edition) which means it only allows to mount SCORM courses and allow access to it to users. I would like to make my LMS AICC complaint as well to mount AICC course packages.
What are the best way to achieve this? Are there any third party APIS or solutions available to provide quick implementation/integration for this?
javascript c# asp.net scorm
