I am developing a forgot password service but getting a serializable Exception in getting data from the database. I am not able to find the solution for this. Please help me out.

I have tried number of solution like implementing serializable class, marker interface, but not at all able to find the solution. Also, searched all the related questions but those not helped me at all.
