How to stream mp4 file from position in NodeJs?
I have the following code, and it streams mp4 file from the beginning:
app.get('/stream/:id', function (req, res, next) {
res.header("Content-Type", 'video/mp4');
var rs = fs.createReadStream('stream.mp4', {start: 0})
// if I set 'start' > 0, then file is not streaming.
rs.pipe(res);
});
My app continuously writes this mp4 file, and I want it to be a live stream. I want to stream it from current live (from the end of the file) position to a user.
How can I achieve it?
Thank you!
